Shipping Policy

At Shop Sahaj (a unit of Dimash Group Private Limited), we strive to deliver our ethnic shirts to you in the fastest and most secure way possible. We partner with reputed Indian logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During peak festive seasons or sales, processing may take up to 4–5 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer shipping to most pin codes across India.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer COD services for a vast majority of pin codes in India.

  • A COD Convenience Fee of ₹50-100 may be applied to all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Our logistics partners may call you to verify your address before delivery.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your ethnic shirts are dispatched, we will send you an email and/or SMS with the Tracking Number and the name of the courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, or Ecom Express). You can track your package directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

7. Damages during Transit

While we pack our products with the utmost care, if you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@shopsahaj.com.
