Returns Policy

At Shop Sahaj (a unit of Dimash Group Private Limited), we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ethnic shirts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange for a different size or style.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the garment.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or using specific deep-discount clearance codes may not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and operational reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Custom-made or tailor-fitted ethnic shirts.

Items that show signs of usage (e.g., perfume scents, sweat marks, or fabric pulls).

Gifts cards.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Request: Email us at support@shopsahaj.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.

Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners (available in most pin codes across India).

Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. This usually takes 2–4 business days.
5. Refunds

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) within 7–10 business days after the quality check.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will provide the refund as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details securely.

Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund in such cases.
